To make an application for a place at St Margaret Clitherow, parents/guardians/carers must contact the School Admissions Team at Bracknell Forest (Tel: 01344 354023) and ask for a Common Application Form (CAF). Alternatively you can use the link 'Apply for a Place' below. All parent/guardian/carers will be required to complete this form.
A Supplementary Information Form (SIF) needs to be completed if you are supplying additional evidence to support your application. A copy of the SIF is available to download below, or may be collected from the school office. Once the SIF is completed it must be returned to the school office with original documentation. The parent/guardian/carer needs to ensure that the CAF is completed and returned direct to Bracknell Forest.
